Referring to the pivotal role of stakeholders, including employees, customers, shareholders, suppliers, and society, Ruhollah Shahidipour stated: The success of excellent organizations depends on accurately recognizing the expectations of stakeholders and transforming these expectations into strategies, operational goals, and measurable indicators. An approach that should be followed in an integrated manner at the holding company and its subsidiaries.

He also spoke about the important position of the organizational excellence culture and noted: Institutionalizing the culture of participation, accountability, transparency, teamwork, and data-based decision-making requires commitment, belief, and role models from managers at all levels of the organization.

In conclusion, the CEO of Topico Holding emphasized: All managers and employees of this holding company must play an effective role in promoting the level of organizational maturity and improving the results of the petrochemical industry's excellence assessment by actively participating in self-assessment and continuous improvement processes.

Continuing this meeting, Alireza Hadipour, Topico's Deputy Director of Planning and Investment, emphasized the strategic role of the strategy and governance of excellence and stated: Organizational excellence is not simply an evaluation tool or a sectional action, but rather a macro-management approach and governance framework that must be systematically institutionalized at the holding company level and be current and effective in the organization's key decision-making, structures, and processes.

Also in this meeting, Mehdi Akbari, Director of Organizational Architecture at Topico Holding, explained the objectives of the meeting, explained how to form specialized excellence working groups and the necessity of familiarizing managers with the logic and requirements of the excellence assessment model, and emphasized the importance of aligning the organizational architecture, processes, and mission of subsidiaries with this model.
